Our core aim is to improve the lives of children and their families in our community through our projects.
Lack of food, shelter and basic sanitation in the area are issues that we are working hard to resolve. The majority of people who live in the nearby villages received little formal education and often find themselves in helpless situations with little support from the government. This is why we are extremely grateful for the donations that we receive from organizations and individuals like you.
Your donations help make a massive difference and contribute towards providing essential supplies in the local area:

$50 will provide a family with bed supplies or kitchen utensils (pots, pans, gas burner, etc.)

$600 will provide a home with an outdoor brick toilet (a large % of homes do not have any toilet whatsoever)

$1,350 will give a family safe new home, providing much needed shelter

Family Profile
Heng Sophal family from Ao Louk Village in the Bakong community of Siem Reap province. The family have 2 sons and 2 daughters and are farmers by profession.
With donations from Yong Chee Chang, Lim Boon Hian, Ang Guat Yo, Cheng Siew Cha & Lim Mah Siew from Brunei, HELO were able to construct a new house as the previous house had become unfit for living.
